A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER

I started this company on two main principles, to provide the best services possible in the industry and to create a long lasting partnership for success with my clientele. FNBC Corporation focuses on the cleaning services and the overall maintenance of the Building. In my mind cleaning and maintaining a building goes hand and hand. Why clean a broken light fixture? It needs to look and work great. 

In 1987 I came to NYC from Peru, where my family is from. I worked as a floor salesman and as a cleaner myself. I did some of the dirtiest jobs, no matter what the task was, I put my head down and got it done the best I could. I know what it takes to do great work and build something from nothing. I’ve been operating this business for over 25 years. My goal is to create more jobs for my family, have equal pay for the fellow immigrants of the city, and educate the public on the best cleaning and maintenance practices.

Whatever the task that is needed, I have a solution. I want to make a difference in peoples lives through my services for my clients and in return their clients. I see the benefit of being a one stop service provider for all of cleaning and maintenance needs. I’ve had the pleasure to work with a broad range of clients from senior homes to fashion brands and to luxury car companies. I look forward to continuing my passion by providing the best service I can to my future clientele.
